FAQS
Your tracking number will be added as a link to your shipping confirmation email. If you cannot find this please contact us and we will provide it for you.
If you receive the wrong item or you believe it to be faulty please contact us with the details and we will do everything in our power to rectify the mistake.
If you have had a problem with your delivery or your parcel has been lost you must report it to us within 14 days of shipping or we will not be able to raise a dispute with the courier company.

You can return any unwanted items back to us within 28 DAYS of receiving your order.
You can either return your parcel manually (please follow instructons below) or use our simple return portal. Returns using our portal will cost £3.95 per order which will be deducted from your refund.
NORTHERN THREADS will ship any exchange free of charge.
If you chose to return your parcel manually please download the return form added as a link to your order and shipping confirmation emails and follow the instructions. If you cannot find this form please contact us and we will provide it for you.
All returns need to be sent back unused in their original undamaged condition complete with tags and original packaging.
For hygiene reasons underwear can only be returned unopened and unworn.
NORTHERN THREADS cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost in transit so for you own security we recommend using a signed for service. Please keep a record of your tracking number in case of issues.
